JOB TITLE : Senior Merchandiser (TJX Account)

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser with strong experience handling TJX Group accounts (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, TK Maxx). The candidate should have expertise in buyer communication, product development, costing, sourcing, order execution, and vendor coordination. Experience in floor coverings, rugs, carpets, home furnishing, or related export industries will be highly preferred.
Role & Responsibilities :
- • Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for TJX accounts.
- • Coordinate directly with buyers regarding product requirements and developments.
- • Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and negotiate pricing.
- • Manage sampling, approvals, and order execution.
- • Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- • Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with buyer standards.
- • Monitor product quality and resolve order-related issues.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
- • Track order status and provide regular updates to management.
- • Identify business opportunities and support account growth.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of TJX buying processes and expectations.
- • Excellent merchandising, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- • Experience in export merchandising and buyer handling.
- • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- • Good knowledge of costing, product development, and order management.
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising documentation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- • Experience in Floor Coverings, Rugs, Carpets, Home Furnishings, or Textile Exports preferred.
- • Existing experience handling TJX accounts will be a major advantage.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
