JOB DESCRIPTION
INTERIQ INTERIORS is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer or Architect to work on premium residential, commercial and corporate interior projects.
The selected candidate will be involved in design development, space planning, working drawings, 3D visualisation, material selection, client presentations and project-site coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable design concepts
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections
- Create detailed working drawings for site execution
- Prepare electrical layouts, false-ceiling plans, flooring layouts and furniture details
- Develop mood boards, material boards and client presentations
- Create realistic 3D designs and visualisations
- Assist clients with material, colour, lighting, furniture and finish selections
- Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate as-built drawings
- Coordinate with clients, civil engineers, contractors, carpenters, vendors and other site teams
- Visit project sites and ensure execution follows approved drawings and designs
- Identify design or execution issues and coordinate suitable solutions
- Assist with BOQs, quantity calculations, specifications and cost estimates
- Maintain updated drawings, design revisions and project documentation
- Provide regular project and site-progress updates to the management
ELIGIBILITY
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
- B.Arch graduates may also apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, colours and interior detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Coohom, Photoshop or similar software is preferred
- Ability to prepare working drawings and professional client presentations
- Good creativity, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work from the office and visit different project sites
- Candidates must submit an academic or professional design portfolio
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred
WORK LOCATION
The employee may be assigned to the company’s operational office or any construction/interior project site, depending on work requirements.

SALARY
₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, portfolio, software proficiency, practical knowledge and interview performance.
