About the Role
Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager with experience in SaaS products, ERP software, B2B marketing, and digital marketing.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan and execute the marketing strategy for PriERP, Odoo ERP solutions, and other SaaS products, while closely coordinating with the sales team, business development executives, management, design team, content team, and technical/product teams.
The Marketing Manager will not only execute campaigns but will also be responsible for creating the overall marketing roadmap, lead generation strategy, brand positioning, sales-marketing alignment, campaign planning, performance reporting, and strategic growth plan.
The candidate should understand how SaaS products are marketed, how B2B customers evaluate ERP solutions, and how marketing activities can create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
· Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for PriERP, Odoo ERP, PiCloud, and other company solutions.
· Create a clear marketing roadmap aligned with the company’s sales targets and business objectives.
· Develop market-entry and go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
· Identify target industries, customer segments, geographic markets, and buyer personas.
· Plan marketing campaigns based on business priorities and sales requirements.
· Recommend marketing budgets and channel-wise allocation.
· Prepare competitor analysis and market opportunity reports.
· Continuously improve positioning, messaging, pricing communication, and product presentation.
The Marketing Manager should be able to answer:
Who is our target customer?
What problem are we solving?
Why should they choose us?
Which marketing channel should we use?
How many leads should marketing generate?
What is the expected conversion?
What campaign should we run next?
2. PriERP Marketing
The candidate will take responsibility for developing PriERP as a SaaS ERP brand.
Marketing responsibilities will include:
· Positioning PriERP for SMEs and growing businesses.
· Developing product messaging around:
o ERP automation
o CRM
o Sales
o Purchase
o Inventory
o Accounting
o POS
o Manufacturing
o HR
o Business reporting
o AI-enabled ERP features
· Develop campaigns targeting businesses currently using spreadsheets, Tally, disconnected software, or manual processes.
· Develop PriERP pricing and package communication.
· Create free-trial and demo campaigns.
· Develop customer onboarding and product education campaigns.
· Create industry-specific campaigns for sectors such as:
o Trading
o Retail
o Manufacturing
o Distribution
o Restaurants
o Service companies
o SMEs
· Work with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into demos and opportunities.
3. Odoo ERP Marketing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Odoo ERP implementation services.
Responsibilities include:
· Promote Primacy Infotech’s Odoo consulting and implementation services.
· Develop campaigns for:
o Odoo implementation
o Odoo customization
o Odoo migration
o Odoo support
o Odoo integration
o Odoo mobile applications
o Odoo managed hosting
· Develop industry-specific Odoo campaigns.
· Promote customer success stories and case studies.
· Generate qualified ERP consultation and demo opportunities.
· Work closely with functional consultants and the sales team to understand customer requirements.
· Build campaigns targeting companies searching for ERP transformation or replacement of legacy software.
4. Lead Generation
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Channels may include:

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager, Business Development Executives, telemarketing team, and management.
Responsibilities include:
· Review sales lead quality.

· Collect feedback from the sales team.
· Prepare sales enablement materials.
· Develop campaign-specific sales scripts.
