Next Angle Design Studio is an architectural and interior design firm and is part of a diversified group of companies with interests in architecture, manufacturing, packaging, and allied businesses. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team across multiple business functions.
This role offers excellent exposure to business operations, administration, marketing, procurement, client management, and project coordination across the group's companies.
Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and the Principal Architect, supporting them in day-to-day operations across the group of companies. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, clients, vendors, and project sites.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys multitasking and wants to gain hands-on experience across administration, operations, marketing, procurement, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Executive Director (ED) and the Principal Architect.
- Assist in managing daily schedules, calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams across the group of companies.
- Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp communications, and client inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and maintain project documents, quotations, reports, meeting minutes, follow-up trackers, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Assist with purchasing activities, vendor sourcing, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, raising purchase orders, and procurement coordination.
- Visit clients, vendors, suppliers, and project sites for meetings, material selection, purchase coordination, inspections, and follow-ups whenever required.
- Support basic accounting entries, invoice processing, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of project timelines, material requirements, office documents, and operational reports.
- Design posters, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for the group's companies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, and marketing partners whenever required.
- Support exhibitions, client meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support across all business functions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields will be an advantage).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Canva for creating posters, presentations, and social media content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, vendor visits, purchasing activities, and project site visits.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
