Alyah Auditing Accountants is a UAE-based auditing and accounting firm providing audit, tax, VAT, and compliance services to clients across the UAE. Our Thrissur back office supports our Dubai team with audit documentation, bookkeeping, and compliance processing.
Job Description:
We are hiring qualified and detail-oriented Auditors for our Thrissur back office. You will work on UAE client files, assist with audit fieldwork documentation, VAT reconciliations, and compliance tasks under the guidance of UAE-based managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare audit working papers, lead schedules, and financial statements for UAE clients
- Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and VAT return reconciliations as per UAE VAT law
- Review supporting documents, invoices, and contracts for audit evidenceAssist in drafting audit reports, management letters, and compliance checklists
- Coordinate with the Dubai team for file reviews, queries, and deadlinesMaintain client files in line with ISA, IFRS, and UAE regulatory requirements
- Support in VAT registration, de-registration, and TRN-related tasks
- Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to firm’s quality control procedures
Requirements:
- CA Inter / ACCA / CPA / M.Com / B.Com with 1 year experience in audit, accounts, or taxWorking knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax basics, and IFRS is preferred
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or XeroStrong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliations
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced back-office setup
