- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, ROC compliances, corporate governance, and secretarial practices.
- Additional qualifications such as LLB will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to ensure the organization's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage secretarial and compliance functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations (where applicable), and other applicable corporate laws.
- Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board and shareholder meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
- File statutory returns, forms, and reports with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities within prescribed timelines.
- Advise the Board and management on corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial matters.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Manage share-related matters, including allotments, transfers, and other corporate actions.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with valid membership of ICSI (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Additional qualifications such as LLB, MBA, or CA (Inter) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary.
- Experience in handling corporate compliance, ROC filings, Board processes, and statutory matters.
- Experience with listed companies or NBFCs will be an added advantage (if applicable).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, corporate governance, and secretarial practices.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and listing compliances (where applicable).
- Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MCA/ROC filing portals.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.

Employment Type-Full-Time
Compensation-Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
