Job Title: F&B Captain
Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi
Experience Required: 3–6 years in Hospitality / F&B Service
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and service-oriented F&B Captain to lead the service team on the floor, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent guest experience in ballroom and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Floor Operations (Ballrooms)
- Supervise day-to-day ballroom/banquet service operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
- Maintain service standards and SOPs during events
2. Guest Handling
- Interact with guests professionally during events
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
3. Team Supervision
- Lead and guide stewards and service staff
- Allocate duties as per event requirement
- Train team on service standards and behaviour
4. Event Service Management
- Ensure smooth execution of events (weddings, corporate functions, etc.)
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service timing
- Ensure proper table setup and event readiness
5. Billing & Coordination
- Coordinate with cashier and operations team for smooth execution
- Ensure service delivery as per event plan
6. Hygiene & Discipline
- Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and hygiene standards
- Ensure team discipline and adherence to SOPs
Key Requirements
- Strong hospitality background in banquets / ballrooms
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Leadership ability to manage large service teams
- Knowledge of banquet service standards
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
