Job purpose
The PLC Engineer will develop and integrate PLC, SCADA and HMI solutions for our clients. The PLC Engineer is to assist the Project Manager with fulfilling the needs of
our clients by providing timely, precise, appropriate, and thorough service.
Duties and responsibilities
A highly qualified PLC Engineer will be able to perform these job functions, and other
functions as assigned.
- Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing automation systems.
- Develop and document PLC and SCADA programs
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement control
strategies.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of PLC systems to ensure proper
functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software
- Maintain and update existing PLC programs to improve efficiency and
performance.
- Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance
personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all automation
activities.
- Document PLC programs, modifications, and maintenance procedures.
- Be a primary contact to assigned clients and report their needs, concerns, or
requests to the Project Manager.
- Acquire material quotes and place orders from vendors as directed
- Represent the Company at project design and construction meetings
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
