Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to manage and execute café/restaurant interior design projects for QSR outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in interior project execution, vendor coordination, and site supervision, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of café/restaurant interior projects
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, vendors, and contractors
- Supervise site work including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing
- Ensure projects are completed as per approved designs, drawings, and timelines
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and material requirements
- Monitor quality, safety standards, and workmanship at site
- Handle vendor billing, BOQs, and cost control
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth handover of outlets
- Coordinate with internal teams for store opening timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in café/restaurant/QSR interior project execution
- Strong knowledge of interior designing projects and fit-out works
- Hands-on experience in site supervision and vendor management
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for multiple project locations (if required)
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Relevant project management certification is a plus
