We are seeking a high-energy, analytical, and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Intern. This is a hybrid "feet-on-the-street" and "brains-in-the-office" role. You will spend your in the field launching real-world marketing campaigns and driving customer outreach, while simultaneously diving into the data to see what works and reshaping our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Field Outreach & Campaign Execution
- Direct Outreach: Act as the face of the brand by executing ground-level B2B or B2C outreach campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Campaign Deployment: Assist in designing, setting up, and managing experiential marketing setups, pop-ups, and hyper-local events.
- Relationship Building: Network with local partners, businesses, and communities to establish strategic partnerships and brand presence.
2. Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Data Tracking: Monitor and log field campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, foot traffic data).
- Strategy Insights: Analyze field data to identify bottlenecks, customer pain points, and high-performing channels.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate directly with leadership to pitch new marketing angles, optimize the sales funnel, and map out future campaigns based on your data findings.

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
