Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Civil Architect Designer to prepare architectural designs, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, creativity, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D building models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.
- Prepare construction and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and MEP engineers.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, local building by-laws, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design coordination.
- Prepare layout plans, presentation drawings, and client presentations.
- Modify designs based on client requirements and project changes.
- Estimate material quantities and support BOQ preparation.
- Maintain design documentation and revision records.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities when required.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in architectural and civil design.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)

- 3ds Max (Preferred)
- MS Office
- Basic knowledge of BIM and construction methodologies.

- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Experience in interior and exterior architectural design.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D visualization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
