We are seeking a highly motivated Computer Vision Intern to assist in designing, developing, and optimizing computer vision algorithms for real-world applications. The intern will work closely with our engineering and product development teams to build intelligent imaging systems involving detection, tracking, segmentation, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computer vision algorithms using Python and OpenCV
- Build and optimize models for object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction
- Collect, annotate, preprocess, and manage datasets for model training and evaluation
- Integrate computer vision solutions with imaging hardware and edge devices
- Test, validate, and improve model performance for real-time deployment
- Research emerging computer vision techniques and document technical findings
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with OpenCV
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Knowledge of image processing techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with models such as YOLO, Mask R-CNN, and U-Net
- Exposure to edge AI deployment
- Experience working with cameras, sensors, or real-time video streams
Educational Background
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence
- Electronics Engineering
- Robotics
- Related technical fields
