We are seeking a qualified, compassionate, and experienced professional to join our faculty in the dual role of School Counselor and ISC Psychology Teacher for Grade 12. The ideal candidate will combine strong academic expertise in the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) curriculum with a deep commitment to supporting the emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of our senior secondary students.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Psychology lessons to Grade 12 students in strict alignment with the ISC syllabus.
- Guide students through the ISC Psychology practical work, project requirements, and board examination preparation.
- Provide confidential psychological, emotional, and academic counseling to students, helping them navigate adolescent challenges and exam stress.
- Conduct regular workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, well-being, and career choices for students, parents, and staff.
- Maintain organized and confidential case records of counseling interventions.
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and school administration to foster a holistic and supportive environment for student growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience teaching Psychology at the ISC or senior secondary level.
- Proven experience working as a student counselor or adolescent therapist in an educational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
