Role Overview:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to understand their educational background, career goals, and aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable upskilling programs.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience looking to build a successful career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' academic background, career goals, and learning needs.
- Counsel and recommend suitable certification and upskilling programs.
- Build strong relationships and provide an excellent learner experience.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and learner interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling strategies and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on company programs and industry trends to provide the best guidance.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales.
- Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, counseling, customer support, telesales, or EdTech.
- Strong communicators with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Positive, self-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
