Job Summary: The Urban Village is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Stewards to provide excellent food and beverage service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant area.
- Handle guest requests and concerns courteously.
- Follow food safety and service standards.
- Assist in restaurant setup and closing duties.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Hotel Management qualification or relevant experience preferred.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
