Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for fashion, particularly in ethnic wear.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance
- Drive store sales to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, average bill value, and units per transaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare periodic performance reports.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a premium shopping experience aligned with the brand's standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performance work environment.
Store Operations
- Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, banking, and POS operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
