About the Role
Adze Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive (F&B Sales) who is passionate about field sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business development. If you enjoy meeting restaurant owners, building relationships, and closing deals, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from restaurants, pubs, and other F&B businesses.
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present Adze Studio's Digital Marketing Services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on F&B industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the Restaurant, Café, Hospitality, F&B, or Digital Marketing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
