Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized candidate to handle marketing, sales follow-ups, and HR support activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic business understanding, and the ability to coordinate with customers, employees and management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Coordination
- Lead generation,follow up and conversion
- Support digital marketing campaigns
HR & Administrative Activities
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate onboarding and HR documentation
- Support internal communication and office administration
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Spoken Hindi would an added advantage but not mandatory
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or HR processes is preferred
Qualification
- Any Degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- 1–3 years of experience will be an added advantage
