We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused professional to act as a Group Business Controller, responsible for supporting management with financial insights, costing analysis, budgeting, inventory control, and operational performance across multiple group companies.
The role will play a key part in improving profitability, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor group budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Analyze costing, margins, and profitability across business units
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and working capital
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Support procurement and vendor cost analysis
- Develop MIS reports and management dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data
Requirements:
- CA / CMA / ACCA (mandatory or highly preferred)
- 8–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in costing, budgeting, or business finance
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multi-business environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or ERP experience is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
