We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive / Store Assistant to join our retail store.
Our store deals in Clothing, Kids Wear, Footwear, Cosmetics and other lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs.
- Handle sales and customer queries professionally.
- Arrange and maintain clothing, footwear, cosmetics and other products.
- Assist with billing and payment collection.
- Check incoming stock and maintain proper product arrangement.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Handle product returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and presentable.
- Maintain proper care of cash, stock and store property when assigned responsibility.
- Follow store policies, attendance rules and work procedures.
- Support other day-to-day store operations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic calculation and reading/writing skills.
- Previous retail/sales experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Training / Probation:
- 1 Month Training/Probation Period.
- During this period, the candidate will be trained in sales, customer handling, billing, stock management and store operations.
- Performance, attendance and overall work discipline will be evaluated during the training/probation period.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
