We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Co-ordinator to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our residential project. This role includes maintenance, vendor management, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facility operations: Electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, security, and other services
- Individual handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) negotiations and vendor relationships for facility services
- Ensure fire safety, statutory, and building compliance requirements.
- Manage facility budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of entire property.
- Handle administration: Housekeeping employee registration, Documentation, stationery, courier etc.
- Act as point of contact for management and clients.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related complaints/requests
- Maintain complain register and manage AMC/warranty tracking for machinery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
