Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced E- Commerce Manager to lead and grow our business across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations, driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across E-Commerce platforms.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly business targets.
- Coordinate with platform Category Managers for product listings, promotions, and visibility.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, content, and assortment management.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and platform marketing activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Track sales performance, stock availability, fill rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze business performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and market trends.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in E-Commerce, or Modern Trade.
- Experience in the FMCG, Dairy, Food, or Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other marketplace portals.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
