Description
Hands-on Data Lead with strong experience in Azure Data Engineering and modern data
platforms. The candidate will lead the development and delivery of scalable data solutions
for enterprise customers while working closely with engineering teams, architects, and
client stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Azure-based data
ecosystems, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and distributed data processing. This
role requires both technical depth and delivery of ownership in a fast-paced services
environment.
Skill Set
- Azure Data Factory SQL Server and Azure SQL Database Data Lakes and Data
Warehousing
- ETL/ELT processes Big Data technologies (e.g., Azure Databricks, Spark)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical
thinking
- Project management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and
meet deadlines
- Team leadership and mentorship
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data architectures and solutions on Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven
insights.
- Oversee the development of ETL/ELT processes and ensure data integrity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality
standards.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in data engineering
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
