Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor work quality, project timelines, and site productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage material usage, site inventory, and manpower efficiently.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and quality standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Compulsory).
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Sound understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and execution.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and site reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in site supervision (experience may vary based on role).

- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction project management software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,087.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month
