- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain LT panels, DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, cables, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Install and maintain DG sets, UPS, pumps, motors, and common area electrical systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and monitor electrical equipment performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Read electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams for execution and repairs.
- Follow electrical safety standards and comply with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and facility teams during project execution and maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and inventory of electrical materials.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and customer complaints.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
