Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and drive key human resources initiatives. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data with strict confidentiality.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to provide HR guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Handle employee relations issues, resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, training initiatives, and leadership development activities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
