We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of Zonal Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth across assigned regions in Chhattisgarh. The role involves farmer engagement, dealer network expansion, market development, and sales of agricultural products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
- Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and management teams.
- Generate sales forecasts and submit market intelligence reports.
- Train and support field staff, dealers, and channel partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Drive product visibility and brand awareness across the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
- OR
- B.Tech Agricultural EngineeringExperience RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in direct farmer sales and dealer network management in one or more of the following segments:
- Vegetable Nursery
- Tissue Culture Banana Nursery
- Fertilizers
- Pesticides
- Plastic Mulches
- Drip/Sprinkler Irrigation Systems
- Polyhouses
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Agri-input products and nursery business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Team leadership and channel management experience.
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Understanding of regional crops and farmer requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
