Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, workflows, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and automation.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles.
- Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and application development.
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Manage Dynamics 365 solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow development and deployment best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience developing Plugins and Workflows.
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with REST APIs / Web APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of CRM entities, relationships, security roles, and business processes.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.
- Experience with data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
