Role and Responsibilities-
- Assess patient health conditions, record vital signs, and monitor changes or adverse reactions to medications.
- Prepare patients for treatments, and assist doctors/surgeons during examinations and minor procedures.
- Safely administer treatments and medications as prescribed, while monitoring patients for side effects.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical health care records and reports.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and safety standards.
