Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Freight Broker to manage freight logistics, coordinate shipments, and build strong relationships with carriers and clients. Candidates with international calling experience (especially US logistics or sales process) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with carriers to move freight efficiently
- Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Track loads and ensure timely updates to clients
- Handle pricing, rate negotiation, and margin management
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or service failures
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- International calling experience (US/UK process preferred)
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
Preferred Skills
- Sales or customer support background
- Experience in BPO / KPO / Logistics industry
- Knowledge of freight rates and market trends
