Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Handle high-value clients and close major deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Manager
Experience:6–7 Years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Annual Salary: ₹ 6,60,000- ₹ 7,20,000. Incentives: Sales incentives as per company policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Manage customer interactions and property presentations.
- Coordinate with channel partners and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
