Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and business events as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
