Job Summary
Responsible for managing the overall showroom operations, sales performance, customer experience, team productivity, inventory, and achievement of monthly business targets. The Showroom Manager will lead the sales team, coordinate with service, accounts, and management, and ensure smooth and profitable showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Allocate sales targets to Sales Executives and track daily performance.
- Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure proper display of vehicles, accessories, and promotional materials.
- Monitor showroom walk-ins, conversion ratio, and customer feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the OEM/company team regarding sales schemes, offers, campaigns, and targets.
- Monitor vehicle stock, model-wise availability, and coordinate with the stock/inventory team.
- Ensure proper documentation for bookings, finance, insurance, RTO, and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts, Service, Spare Parts, and RTO teams.
- Monitor daily cash/collection and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Review competitor activities, market trends, and local sales opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and OEM standards.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, camps, roadshows, and customer events.
- Train and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure showroom discipline, cleanliness, safety, and proper customer handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree/Diploma; automobile or management background preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile showroom sales.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
