Role Objective
Conduct in-clinic consultations, build trust with clients, recommend treatment plans, and drive revenue through consultations, follow-ups, package sales, renewals, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients in a dedicated consultation cabin.
- Understand skin concerns, goals, and treatment expectations.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Convert consultations into package sales.
- Follow up with pending consultations, no-shows, and interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Re-engage inactive clients and generate repeat business.
- Cross-sell and upsell treatments and skincare products.
- Maintain consultation records and follow-up notes in CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception for seamless patient experience.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in consultation sales, clinic counselling, luxury retail, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face consultations as well as telephonic follow-ups.
- Strong ownership of revenue targets.
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives + Growth Opportunities
