Event HeadOwn the Event. Lead the Execution.
At Hypedin, we're looking for an experienced Event Head who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows what it takes to deliver exceptional on-ground experiences. From the first planning meeting to the final teardown, you'll own every aspect of event execution, ensuring every activation runs seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in executing large-scale events, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to lead confidently under pressure.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, campus events, and on-ground campaigns.
- Manage all event logistics, including venues, vendors, permissions, budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
- Leverage your existing network of vendors, venues, and logistics partners to ensure efficient execution.
- Travel extensively and take complete ownership of on-ground operations during live events.
- Solve real-time challenges quickly while maintaining high execution standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure every event aligns with campaign objectives and delivers measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in managing and executing events from planning to completion.
- A strong network within the event ecosystem, including vendors, venues, and logistics partners.
- Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and lead events on-site.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions during live events.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing campus activations or youth-focused events.
- Strong budgeting and cost optimization skills.
- Vendor and logistics networks across multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Work Details
- Location: Hypedin Office, Sector 3, Noida
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays based on project requirements)
- Compensation: ₹20K–25K P.M. (based on experience)
