● Travel PAN India for installation, service, and project execution at client sites.
● Manage on-site activities, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance independently with minimal supervision.
● Coordinate inventory, equipment and plan logistics for timely dispatch to project sites.
● Supervise manufacturing/production processes and coordinate with production teams and clients for quality, timelines, and smooth workflow.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and high satisfaction.
● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
● Prepare and maintain installation/service reports, inventory records, and project documentation per company standards.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
● Strong knowledge of:
○ Hardware and Software of machines
○ Production/manufacturing workflows and quality checks
● Basic understanding of:
○ Inventory and logistics management systems
○ Technical drawings, specifications, and SOPs
● Familiarity with reporting and documentation tools (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems)
● Ability to troubleshoot real-time technical issues independently at client sites
