Job Description – Sales Associate / Sales Executive (New Balance Retail)
Department: Retail Operations
Location: New Balance Store (EXPRESS AVENUE)
Role Purpose
To deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs,recommending the right New Balance products, achieving sales targets, andmaintaining the highest standards of store operations and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve individual sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
* Assist customers in product selection and provide product knowledge.
* Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
* Support stock management and inventory replenishment.
* Ensure smooth billing and adherence to store processes.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in footwear, sportswear, apparel, or lifestyle retail. Freshers withexcellent communication skills may also apply.
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
* Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
