Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a leadership or senior role
Strong portfolio demonstrating kids, men, and women’s wear
Ability to lead and inspire a creative team
Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and fit
Excellent sketching, design, and visualization skills
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Participate in market visits, fashion shows, and trend forecasting activities
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
Experience working with international or multi-category brands
Knowledge of manufacturing, and quality standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
