About the Role
Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates.
- Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars.
- Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts.
- Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service.
Pay: ₹20,737.51 - ₹28,098.55 per month
