A staff nurse provides direct, hands-on medical care and monitors patient health in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities-
- Patient Care: Check vital signs, administer medications and IV treatments, and dress wounds.
- Health Monitoring: Track patient recovery, note changes in health, and report critical updates to doctors.
- Care Coordination: Help with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and update medical records.
- Education and Support: Teach patients and families about disease prevention, home care, and treatment plans.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
