About the Role
We are looking for an HR Intern who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and interested in learning how human resources and people operations work in a growing business environment.
The intern will work closely with the HR and management team to support recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations.
This is an on-site, office-based role with real business exposure and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees and interns.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, records, and employee information.
- Support attendance and leave tracking.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Support performance review and feedback processes where required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist the HR team with other day-to-day people operations and administrative activities.
Eligibility & Educational Background
This internship is open to students or recent graduates from the following backgrounds:
- BBA / MBA – Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- B.Com / Management / Business Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Students pursuing HR, Business Management, or Organizational Behaviour are welcome.
- Students from other educational backgrounds with a strong interest in HR and people operations are also welcome.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Basic experience with resume screening and candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience maintaining recruitment or employee trackers.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and documentation.
- Familiarity with HRMS or applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for HR-related tasks.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and workplace compliance.
- Experience creating HR reports, SOPs, or process documentation.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR or recruitment.
