Position: Wedding Planner (Project Head)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wedding Planner who can independently lead wedding projects from client onboarding to final execution. This is a leadership role where you will be the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and the execution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete wedding planning and execution from start to finish.
- Understand client requirements and prepare wedding concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, artists, and other vendors.
- Conduct venue recce and client meetings.
- Create event flow, production schedules, and execution plans.
- Manage on-site operations and ensure flawless event delivery.
- Handle vendor negotiations, team coordination, and client communication.
- Resolve challenges proactively during planning and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent vendor management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple wedding projects under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for destination weddings.
- Passion for creating memorable wedding experiences.
