Urgently Hiring Finance Officers.
- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheets).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, tracking expenditures against projections, and analyzing variances to provide recommendations to management.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring bank balances, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing investments to ensure optimal cash management.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, while supporting internal and external audits.
- Transaction Processing: Reconciling bank accounts, updating internal financial systems with daily transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Financial Analysis & Risk Management: Reviewing financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
