About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the execution of growth and operational initiatives for Dabico, a global manufacturer of airport ground support equipment. You will work closely with the Director to plan, coordinate, and deliver the projects that support Dabico's growth plans.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and drive the execution of growth and operational projects end to end, owning timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate across functions (operations, finance, procurement, engineering, IT) and across geographies
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Prepare plans, status reporting, and dashboards for leadership
- Bring discipline and follow-through to get initiatives implemented, not just planned
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of project or program management experience (toward the upper end, and up to a Senior Project Manager, for stronger candidates)
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification a plus
- Excellent communication and a clear bias for execution
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
