1. Raw material identification & tracibility at raw material storage area
2. Incoming raw material inspection( inclusion rating, grain size, microstructure ,macro test, grain flow , step down test and upset test ) as per sampling plan. Steel mill audit & raw material details records.
3. To ensure the temperature verification of forging furnace in house & out side forging.
4. Inspection of grain flow after heat-treatment.
5. Set the parameters for the heat treatment process ( Normalising, Hardening , tempering and ISO furnaces).
6. Review of calibration / validation /CQI-9 Plan
7. Should have hands on experience in operating SCADA, resolving troubleshoot.
8.Review of man power for day and night shift and current day production planning for heat-treatment
9. Findout the casedepth of carburized part and induction hardening parts from vicker hardness tester machine.
10. Resolving Metallurgical queries for NPD & preparing CAPA for any NCs.
11. Monitor oee (overlall equipment effectiveness) for heat -treatment process.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
