Responsiblities
- Supervise and lead the restaurant service team during shifts
- Welcome guests and ensure a memorable dinning experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth order preparation and delivery
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train, guide, and support stewards and service associates
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
- Upselling menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions when required
- Prepare shift reports and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and team performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
- 4 to 5 years Experience in F & B Service with Captain /Senior Captain preferred
- Communication skills and Guest Handling skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and Restaurant operations
- Ability to lead a team and work in rotational shifts
