We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Executive to oversee service operations in our Japanese and Korean restaurant. The candidate will ensure excellent guest experience, maintain service standards, and lead the service team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant service operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and manage the service team (stewards, waiters, hosts)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Take guest orders and provide recommendations on Japanese & Korean menu items
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards
- Train and mentor new staff on service protocols and etiquette
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant service, preferably in Japanese or Korean cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Japanese & Korean dishes, service style, and dining etiquette
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed personality with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fine dining or premium casual dining restaurants
- Knowledge of Japanese/Korean dining culture.
- Team management and training skills
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
