Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality components according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor VMC machines to manufacture parts as per specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.
- Perform basic machine setup and tool changes.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production records and quality documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of VMC machine operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Understanding of machining processes and cutting tools.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Turner, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience operating VMC machines.

We are looking for a CNC Operator to operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines efficiently and safely. The operator will produce precision components while maintaining quality and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC turning, milling, or machining center machines.
- Load raw materials and ensure correct machine setup.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Measure and inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy.
- Replace tools and adjust machine settings when required.
- Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Understanding of CNC programs and machine controls.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
