Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 2 years in road construction (CC Road, BC, PC Road)
Industry: PWD, PMGSY, CPWD and other road infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site and ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise CC Road, BC, and PC Road construction projects.
- Ensure proper levelling, compaction, and material quality.
2. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with PWD, PMGSY, and government regulations.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure workers follow proper procedures.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report daily progress to senior engineers/project managers.
4. Quality Control & Material Management
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Inspect work quality and adherence to construction standards.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and site progress reports.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and reports for senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction (CC Road, BC, PC Road).
- Knowledge of PWD and PMGSY guidelines.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in handling site execution, labor management, and material procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools is a plus.
