- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules and workflow.
- Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies within the production area.
- Train and supervise production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
- Support inventory management by ensuring timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts related to production activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
